Here are 50 Bigfoot writing prompts: whether you think Bigfoot is real or imaginary, the legendary hairy hominid of the Pacific Northwest makes for great fiction fodder. I recently came across a list of 50 varied writing prompts featuring our friend Sasquatch at the center of stories across genres from science fiction to personal narrative to screenplays.
As an amateur writer always on the lookout for unique story ideas, I was intrigued. Bigfoot’s enduring pop culture popularity means most readers have a baseline familiarity with the cryptid, providing the creative writer a lot to work with in crafting tales around the mythical man-beast.
