Leo Publishing is a royalty-paying small press publisher. Leo Publishing realizes that there are many talented yet undiscovered authors. We look for these talented people and afford them the opportunity to submit their work for consideration without the necessity of an agent.

The authors we select are the ones we consider to be the best in their respective genres. If your work is selected for publication by Leo Publishing, rest assured you can consider yourself a member of that exclusive league of authors.

Leo Publishing opened our doors in sunny Florida on October the 10th of 2010, hence the symbol of the Roman numerals ?XXX,? in our logo. On Dec. 12, 2012, we opened a non-fiction division, Seagull Books.
