We are a general interest publishing company specializing in: all genres of fiction and non-fiction, as well as all genres of LBGT fiction and non-fiction. We publish novellas and full length manuscripts in paperback and e-book form.
Submissions
Triplicity Publishing is a small, LGBT publisher seeking quality works from serious authors. Every manuscript is reviewed by the editorial staff. We do not review manuscripts that have been simultaneously submitted to multiple publishers, and we do not accept partial manuscript submissions. Our average review period is 6-8 weeks.

I am confused. I have done a lot of research on fermenting (yeah, i’m a nerd!) and usually something has to be the positive bacteria in order to eat the sugar.
Are you a traditional publisher? It doesn’t say so on your website.
