At Cel231 publishing is free. Books are free. Style and content will not be scrutinized or altered by an editorial staff. Simply upload your work and it is free for the world to see. Let readers not executives control the stream of literature. We do not seek what is profitable. We seek unpublished work that you have a right to display to an infinite world audience. Compensation will not be in terms of money. Instead you will gain exposure. Authors will contract for one year to maintain their work on the site, at the end of which time they will be able to either renew for another year or peruse another avenue of exposure. We only caution that paper burns, specifically at 231 degrees Celsius while in the world of e-publishing words are forever and must never sleep. Most publishing websites pose an impediment to the reader in the form of a fee and a circuitous and confusing registration process. Readers need only give a user name, a password, and an email address to gain access to the entirety of this e-library.
