| What type of submissions you are looking for: | Heavy Feather Review accepts the following: Short Fiction (3,000 words) Poetry (3-6 poems) Original Photography / Art (3 works) Short Comics (3 comics) Creative Nonfiction (3,000 words) Hybrid (Length is irrelevant) Review / Interview: HFR is actively looking for people willing to write reviews, conduct interviews. If you are interested in writing a review, please contact us at heavyfeatherreview@gmail.com (put “Review” or “Interview” in subject line), complete with a professional cover letter, a copy of a previously written or published review?if one exists?and the name of the artist or work you wish to review / interview. Essay / Post: HFR is looking to feature content on it’s homepage on a rolling basis. We’re looking for thoughtful essays / posts that address ideas about writing, life, anything. Please keep all submissions concise?approximately 1000 words. HFR looks for literary quality fiction?genre fiction is not advised.
