The Poet’s Haven publishes online galleries of poetry, stories, and art, currently totaling over 6,000 pages. In print, there is “The Poet’s Haven Author Series” chapbooks, “The Poet’s Haven Digest” anthology series, and the annual “VENDING MACHINE: Poetry for Change” anthology, which is distributed as part of the Poetic Provisions food-drive. The Poet’s Haven also publishes two podcast series; “Saturday Night With The Poet’s Haven” is an open-mic based show and “The Poet’s Haven presents…” is an audio-chapbook series formatted like comedy and music specials on cable TV. Two live events are held in Canton, Ohio each month; the “First Friday Poetry Spectacular” (which is sanctioned by Lake Effect Poetry, north-east Ohio’s national slam team organization, and is broadcast live via Ustream) and “Stardust Poetry.” The “Stardust Poetry” show’s features are recorded for “The Poet’s Haven presents…” podcast series. |
