Began in January 2014, Manic Fervor seeks out visceral, beautiful work in the genres of poetry, short fiction, essays, photography, and art. Our aim is to publish an issue for every season. We pride ourselves on our crazy, wacky, intensely moving writing and images. We also offer free feedback to every piece we receive, regardless of whether or not we decide to publish them. Our aim is to make everyone a better writer/artist/creative soul.

Submissions

Manic Fervor has no set style or standard; any form of any genre is carefully considered and encouraged. We love work that stands out for its uniqueness and originality, not just because it’s weird or sounds like the rantings and ravings of a lunatic, but because it is beautiful and tangible and bizarre. There are no limits to length of writing, and any kind of art is acceptable (except pornography!).
