filling Station is a literary magazine that publishes, both in print and electronically, and specializes in experimental fiction, poetry, non-fiction, and art. Published 3 times per year out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, filling Station is run by a small but dedicated collective of volunteers who do everything from vetting submissions to organizing events to editing and distributing the magazine.
What type of submissions are you looking for?: filling Station seeks experimental fiction, poetry, non-fiction, and art. Anything surprising, unpredictable, innovative, or unique. We accept pieces that experiment with form or content, or both.
