About the Publication
The Gettysburg Review is published by Gettysburg College. The Review has been publishing for since. The Gettysburg Review is a quarterly publications of short stories, poetry, and essays. The publications has been honored with many awards for outstanding writing. The review is published in January, April, July, and October. Work from The Gettysburg Review has appeared in The Best American Short Stories, The Best American Poetry, The Best American Essays, and many other national anthologies. Works by Rita Dove, Joyce Carol Oates, James Tate, Donald Hall and other outstanding writers have appeared in The Gettysburg Review.
The Gettysburg Review publishes works of poetry, short stories, and essays. The review recieves over 6000 submissions per year and they do not solicit work from writers. The Gettysburg Review only publishes previously unpublished works.
