A Little Less

A little less parataxis, please
a day gets longer everyday
A little less novelty, yes
a bit of possibility slanted
A little less of the finger, pointing
a word at an empty mug
A little less objective, more
active imagination unfurled
A little less, no condensery
words on a page, please.
